FULL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
This non-toxic, non-flammable superior quality durable ink system is designed to function efficiently in the eco-solvent Epson ink-train and operate without unpleasant and harmful odours.
Combining two year exterior durability, high abrasion and alcohol resistance, the ink is ideal for general use in sign and display applications. The system delivers consistent colour and print characteristics batch-to-batch ensuring maximum operational performance, job repeatability and minimal downtime.
FEATURES + BENEFITS:
Monteith ink delivers a wide colour gamut, high density and long term exterior performance. The ink system has proven resistance to the effects of UV degradation and colour fading. When used correctly the ink can reproduce the deepest solid colours and the subtlest tones to create the most vibrant and natural images.
APPLICATIONS AND COMPATIBLE MATERIALS:
Typical applications include; general sign, display and advertising, particularly those that that include photorealistic images. This ink has been designed to deliver improved adhesion and flexibility on most self-supporting flexible PVC based materials and self-adhesive vinyl films. Protective coatings are recommended in abrasive environments.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
2 years outdoor durability without lamination in non abrasive environments.
5 years indoor durability without lamination. Full details of the Monteith Durability Warranty are available upon request.

STORAGE INFORMATION:
Store between 5oC and 40oC and out of direct sunlight. Non-flammable and classified as non-hazardous. Ink should be allowed to
reach room temperature before printing. The recommended shelf life of this product is 18 months from date of manufacture when
stored under preferred conditions.
SAFETY INFORMATION:
This product is classified as an irritant. Avoid contact with eyes - if ink comes into contact with eyes, flush with large amounts of water
until irritation subsides. If irritation persists seek medical attention. If ink comes into contact with the skin - flush with large amounts of
water and use mild soap to wash affected area. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse. If swallowed do not induce
vomiting, keep at rest and seek medical attention at once.
HANDLING INFORMATION:
Wear chemically resistant gloves (such as nitrile/butyl) and safety glasses with side shields when handling inks and cleaning solvents.
If material is released or spilled, prevent spills with sand or earth from entering sewers, water courses and low areas. Recover by
pumping or by using a suitable absorbent material. Place in suitable container for proper disposal.
Observe all labeled warnings. Do not reuse empty containers without commercial cleaning or reconditioning.
ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION:
Waste disposal method. Dispose of in accordance with local, provincial and federal regulations. Incinerate or landfill in approved
facility and notify the appropriate environmental agencies.
